Strategic Planner –
As a department head and branch
manager was a part of the management team that developed a five year
plan for both a city and county library system. In Toastmasters am
presently serving on the committee for developing a Strategic Plan
for District 15.
SKILLS LEARNED – to use history to
project the future.

Diverse background managing
people through motivating & mentoring others. Experience hiring,
training and supervising diverse people of all ages from entrance
level to professionals.
